Hi, I’m Neely, a Registered Dietitian and Integrative & Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner.
I help women reconnect with their bodies by uncovering the root causes of symptoms like bloating, fatigue, inflammation, and hormonal imbalance.

We are more than a collection of symptoms or lab results, and your health deserves a whole-person approach. My work focuses on how the gut, hormones, and immune system interact to influence energy, mood, and overall well-being.

Through comprehensive assessments, functional lab testing, and personalized nutrition therapy, I help you restore balance, improve resilience, and feel in sync with your body again, without restrictive diets or quick fixes.

Book a free discovery call. During this call, we’ll discuss your health goals, outline the process. This is also your chance to ask any questions and see if we’re the right fit.​​

Schedule Your Initial Consultation
Once you’re ready, sign up for your first full session where we’ll dive deeper into your health history, symptoms, and goals.

Complete Your Intake Form
You’ll receive a personalized intake form via email. Please fill it out at least 24 hours before your appointment so I can prepare a customized plan for you.

In your first session, we’ll review your intake, discuss lab results (if applicable), and begin creating a personalized nutrition and wellness strategy. From there, we’ll build your plan step by step to help you restore balance and feel your best.
